About Us
Quality:

We strive to always bring you the best. This is done in a variety of ways .

The materials:   All materials we use are the top of the line. Most are made in America and the rest are from Switzerland or Germany and a few are from Japan.   We use the newest materials that are out in the market, but only after they have proven the test of time and I've evaluated them in-house first.

The best laboratories:   Crowns, partials and dentures are sent out to different labs.  It is almost impossible to find someone who can do everything well, so I have put together a team of labs that do the best in their area of expertise.  I am very proud to work with these labs.
The ceramist we work with is from Europe and believes in the old philosophies of good craftsmanship.  He believes in making crowns that look like teeth and blend in to look like the real thing.
The denture lab uses a newer technique along with an older method   that was used in the 1950's in Hollywood.  The result is a natural looking replacement for lost teeth that fits well.

An outstanding team of specialists:  One of our basic beliefs is that if a specialist can do a better job, or an equally good job as we can, in less time, we refer you to them.   Each of the specialists we use is the best in their area of expertise and we feel are the best available anywhere.  We ask that our specialists treat you as well as we do and give you the best treatment possible.  A very important part of our relationship with our specialists is that we maintain an open relationship.  They act as second opinions on treatment proposals.  We have worked with most of our specialists  for over 16 years, and I trust them so much that they have each treated members of my own family.

Continuing education: The only way to constantly strive for quality is to continually learn.  There are several outstanding dental educators in this country and we seek them out on a regular basis.  We have frequent in-services and are attending a course every other month.  This enables us to stay on top of the new advances and learn what works and what doesn't before offering these services to you.

GENTLE TOUCH:

This does not mean that we have a Cappuccino bar and big screen TV in the waiting room.

It does means that we listen to what you say...Lets face it !   Coming to the dentist is not what most people like to do.  Telling you that we can always do painless dentistry would be untruthful.  What we do is make dentistry as comfortable as possible for you.    We do this in several       ways.

We have tried to make the waiting room look more like a living room; a place you can feel safe and comfortable.  There is no double booking of patients.   We save time just for you and work very hard at staying on time.  If we should run late due to an emergency, we let you know what is happening.  What this means to you is that we try to minimize the time you are here.  We do what you want and get you going without having to wait around for the doctor.

Noise.   We try to keep the sound of the drill to a minimum.   We use Lasers, electric drills and air abrasion whenever possible.   We also offer a selection of music to use with headphones and CD players.

Sedation.   We can use nitrous oxide and other forms of light sedation in office to help you relax.  In some cases, we can make arrangements for full sedation to do extensive work.

Smell.   Dental offices have a smell that we all recognize.   We use special air filters and aromas to keep our office from having
THAT dental smell.

Staff.  The staff are all qualified and caring people.  They understand that it can be a difficult decision for some people to just come into a dental office.

Control.  You are in control of your treatment.  You will always know what we are going to do and why.  You choose your treatment.  Since we reserve time just for your treatment,  you can decide if you want long appointments or short ones.  Even when we do treatment,  if you feel you need a time out to stretch or just catch your breath - just let us know. We feel that we are not just treating your teeth, but you as a person.
